Senior Sunday Commissioning Services (May 3rd at 9am and 11am): Here at Salem Fields, we believe in walking alongside families to celebrate key milestones in our students' faith journeys and lives. One milestone we’re excited to honor is High School Graduation. On May 3, during our 9am and 11am services, we’ll hold a special Senior Sunday Commissioning Service. Together, we’ll pray for, encourage, and send out your senior to be a change agent in the world— wherever God is calling them. If you have a graduating senior, we’d love for you to be part of this special day!
Senior Celebration Banquet (May 3rd at 12:30pm-2pm): Following the 11:00am service, we’ll host a Senior Sunday Celebration Banquet in the Kids Large Group Room from 12:30pm to 2:00pm. This will be a special lunch for graduating seniors, their families, and friends to celebrate this exciting transition. Seniors will enjoy the banquet for free, while additional participants are $20 per person. To join us for the Commissioning Service and/or Celebration Banquet, please RSVP and sign up your senior! Senior Bibles in the Lobby- As we prepare to send our graduating High School Seniors off into their next steps, we will be gifting each graduate their own Bible to help guide them in the Word. We would LOVE for our entire church family to share in this moment with us, so we are encouraging everyone to choose a verse or a passage from Scripture that that has impacted them and highlight it in each student's Bible so it may impact their lives. We will have our Senior Bibles in the lobby Sundays in April for those who want to highlight a verse/passage.

- BEST WEEK EVER: KIDS CAMP! Join us July 13th-16th, 2026 for the Best Week Ever! BWE is our annual Virginia District Church of the Nazarene Kids Camp. Kids who have completed 1st-5th Grade are invited to join us as we gather at the Virginia District Retreat Center in July for a week full of fun and engaging activities designed to keep kids focused on Jesus Christ. Kids Camp is a foundational event in the spiritual life of kids where they can grow in their relationship with Jesus, develop friendships to last a lifetime, and learn lessons that will prepare them for a life dedicated to following Christ.
